"This thing is awesome! I will be the first to admit, it is kinda wierd looking, but it is very fun, and provides a very good workout.
It cannot go nearly as fast as a bike, but the feeling it provides is truly unique, and you will be impressed by how much of a workout you will get from it.
I replaced the handlebars with a set of bars from a bmx bike, because I am fairly tall, and have found that it is the way to go "
